How to write a short project description that explains your publication in one sentence

How would you describe the most important thing about your publication in a sentence, in a tweet or in 10 seconds?

A short, catchy project description will help your fans understand what your project is all about as quickly as possible. You can [edit your project description in the Steady backend](https://steady.page/backend/publications/default/description/edit).

# Where is the short project description shown?

- On your Steady page below the headline.

- When your supporters promote you and share your Steady campaign on Facebook and Twitter

- If you use Steady Checkout, but a visitor's browser does not allow third-party cookies, the short project description will be displayed instead of the plans in the checkout, followed by a link to your Steady page.
